AATech Scientific Inc. (ASI) has a workshop with a testing frame that is capable of testing jacks and load cells up to 1000 tonnes, with hydraulic pumps and pressure gauges to 10,000 psi. We calibrate load cells and hydraulic jacks in accordance to ASTM D5720-95. ASI also provides rental of load cells (ranging capacity from 50 tons to 1000 tons) and hydraulic jacks (ranging capacity from 100 tons to 1000 tons).

AATech Engineers have designed state of the art shoring systems for many projects from residential retaining walls to large-scale excavations and cofferdams with innovative and efficient engineering. AATech Engineers are very well versed in the design of soldier piles with lagging, sheet piles, secant piles, tangent piles, trenches and open excavations.
Pile driving activity causes repetitive transient vibration pulses. Reliable monitoring of these pulses requires a unique set of instrumentation features. AATech Scientific has capability to monitor continuously over long periods of time and record peak velocity data at regular intervals. AATech is also able to capture enough data to be able to understand the possible causes of high vibration readings, to avoid productivity issues.
